"Isabel Cuadrado has some visionary and very intelligent. His works are beautiful to me. They have an unquestionable moral burden and strong, sometimes stoic. Throw emblems on men. One day I saw her climb on a ladder, searching for something among the leaves of a tree in the garden of the Academy . By far and it seemed an act of delicacy and beauty. Installation made in the furnace of the Citadel of Pamplona
Lana and light, 5 x 5 x 8 m.
The work exploits the peculiarities of space, an old brick oven dome and floor circular stone. It is a wool base structure that hangs from the highest point of the room, the old furnace vent, creating a shower of cone-shaped wire in the ground draw irregular circular shape, adapting to the concentric arrangement of the original stone pavement.
The public can walk around or get inside to get inside the cage or trap resultant loses all menacing due to material that is made, white wool yarn, in a playful way of breaking the closure means.
The circle inside the circle, the building made of stone and brick, the strength of the building contrasts with the lightness of the "construction" woven in an insulating material and related to the domestic warmth.
